I love watching Filipino movies but oftentimes I also watch foreign movies. It is because I really appreciate the work of Filipinos and I really patronize our own. I am doing this not because it sounds good but, I swear, Filipinos’ works really marked in my heart. And I’m very proud of them
Anyway, the best movie that I’d ever seen was, I think “ANAK”. There were also many best movies I’ve seen but I forgot them already. But when I read this blog title posted by our instructor, the movie that immediately pictured out in my mind was entitled “ANAK”, I don’t know why, maybe it I because, it was really the best movie for me that I can’t forget.
This movie can really give more lessons to us especially to the daughters and sons of the family, as well as the parents. Sometimes, we, the daughters and sons didn’t realize and recognize the love of our parents. For those who have a parents working abroad, even here in Philippines, sometimes, they were thinking that their parents didn’t love them because, first, their parents leave them and they didn’t feel the love of their parents. Other parents were not able to give more attentions to their children because they were very busy. But, they just didn’t know that their parents are working because they love them. Parents want them to have a good future and let them grow in a good life.
But for the parents also, sometimes they forget their responsibility to show their love to their children and let them feel it.
The movie tells us that there’s nothing more than anything but the love of parents to their children and vice-versa. Showing the love and letting them to feel it.
The worst movie I’d ever seen was, I already forgot the title but I could still remember the story of it. I consider it as a worst movie because there’s nothing you can learn from it. I mean, if you sum-up the whole story, nothing can give you moral lessons.
If I am watching movies, I’m not judging on its visual effects but, I’m judging for its reflectiveness to a life of a person, morally.
